I was the world's biggest meditation skeptic. I get it. Sounds like hippie garbage. Images of monks on mountain tops and flower girls cross-legged in a room that smells of sage.

But meditation is both the way to the answer, and the answer itself...

What equipment do I need?

Zero equipment necessary. I learned to meditate sitting on the top bench of a dry sauna. You can meditate laying down, sitting tall, sitting slouched, on the couch, in your car seat, etc etc.

Do you have to sit crosslegged and chant "ooaammm"?

Negative. No chanting involved. Simply you, your mind, and your breath. Sitting position technically doesn't matter.

What's your credibility to teach meditation?

I will never claim to be an expert at the art of meditation. I am a beginner, but meditation changed my entire life, and I went back through my learning process to break it down so that I can bring anyone from level zero to level one.

Beyond the basics, it's a solo adventure. But there are still basics to learn.
